Florida's carriage driving Association, the Florida Whips, announces the Florida Winter Carriage Driving Festival, with fun and competition events all over Florida during the upcoming 2020-2021 season. Check out our flyer on the flawhips.org website, or get a flyer from your local feed store, to find out when and where Festival events will take place.
